If the journey is less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours, 50% of the purchase price of each class ticket will be deducted.
If less than 12 hours from the journey start but more than 6 hours, 75% purchase price of each class ticket will be deducted.
Tickets cannot be canceled if there are less than 6 hours left from the start of the journey.
You will have to pay a service charge of Tk 50 for purchasing one or more tickets online. It is non-refundable.
To cancel the ticket, you must go to the station where the journey will start, cancel the ticket from the counter and collect the money.
